History
Sou Long climbed through the Red Dragon crime syndicate until he sat among its ruling leaders. When Vicious asked to run a Red Eye transaction on Callisto, Sou Long doubted the wisdom of it, and he was caught off guard when Wang Long chose to permit the deal anyway.
His fate turned once the syndicate jailed Vicious. During the attempt to put the prisoner to death, guards still loyal to Vicious set him loose, and the freed man killed Sou Long.
