The feedback form does not request your name, email address, or any other personal identifier, and no account is required to submit feedback. Children's Privacy

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

User Accounts and Community Features

If you choose to create an optional user account to participate in on-site features (article comments, message boards, live chat forums, or future community features), we collect and store a limited set of identifying information from your chosen authentication provider. Accounts can be created through Facebook, Google, or a verified mobile phone number.

Information We Collect from Authentication Providers

  • Facebook: your display name, profile photo URL, email address (when you grant permission), and a Facebook-issued user identifier.
  • Google: your display name, profile photo URL, email address, and a Google-issued user identifier.
  • Phone: your verified mobile phone number in E.164 format and a Firebase-issued user identifier. No name, email, or photo is collected through phone sign-up unless you provide it later.

We do not receive, store, or have access to your password for any of these providers.

How We Use Account Information

  • Display your name and photo next to User Content you post, so other users can identify you.
  • Send you a weekly email summary of new songs, videos, and articles, only if you opt in during sign-up. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Send you transactional messages related to your account, such as login verification codes.
  • Send you promotional text messages about new releases, only if you explicitly opt in separately. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe.
  • Moderate and enforce our Terms of Service, including suspending or banning accounts that violate the Terms.

User Content

Content you submit to community features (comments, posts, chat messages) is public and visible to any visitor of the Site. Do not include sensitive personal information in your User Content. When you delete your account, we remove or anonymize your User Content at our discretion, though copies may persist in backups for a reasonable period.

Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time by emailing privacy@daddyjim.ai. We will comply promptly, typically within 30 days. Deletion removes your provider identifier, display name, photo, email, phone number, and preferences from our production database. Backups are purged on our normal backup rotation schedule.

Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Inactive accounts (no login for 24 months) may be deleted automatically. If you delete your account, we retain account data only for the brief period needed to complete the deletion process and for the time it takes our backup systems to cycle out.
