Men's Esthetician Man is a flamboyant B-Class criminal introduced in the OVA who blames Saitama for ruining his flawless skin. Beauty-obsessed and armed with a drying cosmetic cream, he stalks the hero for revenge, only to be flung through a building by a single careless punch.
A pink sheet mask clings to his glossy, carefully hydrated face, framed by exaggerated false lashes. He stands tall and slender, crowned with long blonde waves. His outfit is a black jacket left hanging open, its bright red ruffles trailing downward until they flare into a skirt. Sheathing his left arm is a bulky red canister of cream.
Theatrical and vain, he fixates on his looks above everything, guarding the condition of his skin with near-religious devotion. In his criminal work he savors the act of drying his victims down into mummified husks.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Ranked among B-Class lawbreakers, he fires a specialized cosmetic cream from the tube on his left arm, and on contact it parches skin so fiercely that an ordinary person shrivels into a mummy within moments. For close quarters he swings a spiked facial massager, its top split into two barbed prongs, as a melee weapon. His lone animated appearance comes in the first OVA. After a fry vanishes from Saitama's plate, the hero assumes a stalker is to blame and runs into the esthetician, who explains that Saitama had crushed him half a year earlier. That humiliation supposedly dried out his complexion, driving him into a grueling regimen of training and skincare while he searched for a rematch. Saitama, convinced this odd man is the fry thief, strolls up and drives him clean through a building, warning him never to swipe fries again. Much like Speed-o'-Sound Sonic, he counts himself an eternal rival of Saitama.
