Bandai published the disc exclusively in Japan for the Playdia on August 24, 1995. As with the platform's other software, it never left Japan, since the Playdia hardware itself was never sold abroad.

It completes the trio of 1995 SuperS branded Playdia releases alongside Sailor Moon to Hajimete no Eigo and Sailor Moon to Hiragana Lesson!, all three built around basic education activities rather than traditional gameplay and reflecting Bandai's push to reach a younger, pre reading segment of the fanbase through Playdia hardware.
