Oppo

Short in stature, Oppo has grey eyes, full lips, and dark hair cut close. He dresses in a hooded blue outfit worn with black gloves and sandals.

Timid and easily led, Oppo trails after Aniki out of gratitude for being taken in, even as the man treats him with contempt, and he has come to regard himself as a hopeless failure. Harsh violence and trickery unsettle him; he casually spills details about Aniki to someone he believes is a captive, and he panics upon realizing he has snatched the Hokage's own child. Once in custody, he seems genuinely ready to turn his life around.

Oppo and his partner Teru both flunked the Academy's graduation and never became genin. Bouncing from one job to the next and fired each time, they finally signed on with Aniki when hunger left them no other choice. Tailing Osuka Kamakura from a distance, the pair grabbed her along with Himawari Uzumaki as the two girls left the Academy together, then holed up in a derelict warehouse to wait for their boss, bickering over how the extra hostage upset their plan.

Aniki beat them for the slip-up, and after they let too much slip to their captives he ordered them to keep quiet. When the men nodded off, Himawari and Osuka worked free and bound their legs. Aniki was ultimately undone by Kawaki, and in the roundup that followed Himawari looked in on Oppo and Teru, who vowed to make a fresh start once their sentence was served.
