Akio Ōtsuka
Voice ActorAkio Otsuka is a veteran Japanese actor credited within the Neon Genesis Evangelion franchise. Elsewhere his deep, calm voice is far better known: he originated Solid Snake for the Metal Gear series, played Batou in the Ghost in the Shell franchise, and voices Blackbeard on One Piece; he also serves as the standard Japanese dub voice for stars like Samuel L. Jackson and Denzel Washington, and is the son of actor Chikao Ohtsuka.
