Mandy Clark
Voice ActorMandy Clark is an American voice actress credited within the Neon Genesis Evangelion franchise, best known for voicing Tomo Takino in Azumanga Daioh's English dub. She got her start at ADV Films around 2000 and stepped away from voice work in 2004 to finish college, later working as a freelance digital artist.
