Giichi is a construction worker from the Land of Waves and a longtime friend of Tazuna. Timid at first, he walked away from the bridge project out of fear of Gato, but the courage of a young boy named Inari eventually shamed him into rallying the townsfolk against the tyrant.
Giichi is well along in years, with shaggy grey hair and dark eyes. His usual outfit is a plain green T-shirt.
He begins as a fearful man, quitting the bridge because he cannot face reprisals from Gato. Watching Inari stand firm without hesitation changes him, and he sheds that timidity to lead others into the fight. His wife Agari also nudged him toward helping the boy.
Earlier in life Giichi met and married Agari. The couple could not have children, so Agari came to treat Inari as though the boy were her own. Giichi joins the crew raising the Great Naruto Bridge but abandons the work when he fears Gato will strike back. When Inari later pleads for help to free the Land of Waves, Giichi refuses at first, then, moved by the boy's bravery, gathers the villagers to Inari's side.

We ranked the six most popular women of Naruto from worst to first, and our number one is going to start a fight. The official poll got it wrong....

The transformation everyone knows, the follow-up question nobody would touch. Why we made a smooth R&B track about the golden glow Dragon Ball never talks about....
