The story reveals little of his character. What it does show comes amid the evacuation of his country, where he appears uncertain, unsure of the destination his people are being led toward.
History
The daimyō first appears as the Land of Hot Water is being cleared out during the Fourth Shinobi World War. Puzzled about where everyone is headed, he is told by Raidō Namiashi that they are being relocated to Konohagakure.
