Iwa Kunoichi

She gathers her long brown hair into a ball atop her head, seemingly pinned with something like a knitting needle, while two thick locks with darkened tips hang alongside her face. Her outfit is a short, sleeveless dress, wrapped with numerous bandages that circle her waist, thighs, and other parts of her body.

Cold and merciless, she spends the lives of her own Iwagakure genin without a second thought, treating blind obedience unto death as their duty. A bloodthirsty streak runs beneath the cruelty, and she licks her lips at the prospect of carving her enemies to pieces.

Wielding Earth Release in the form of stone dragons and landslides, and carrying a sword besides, she leads a force of Iwa shinobi across the Land of Fire's border while Konoha reels from the Sunagakure and Otogakure invasion. After throwing away many of her genin, she confronts the aging Kosuke Maruboshi and is startled that the old shinobi has cut down so many of her men. As she threatens to kill him, Naruto arrives, and Kosuke overwhelms her earthen dragon with a Water Dragon Bullet. Her looks notably echo those of the Suna kunoichi Pakura.
