Kakko is an Iwagakure jonin of the Third Shinobi World War, a ruthless and self-assured fighter capable across every ninja art. Teamed with Taiseki and Mahiru, he clashes with Kakashi Hatake's Team Minato and helps doom Obito Uchiha before Kakashi's Chidori cuts him down.
Kakko wears a mop of tall, shaggy hair drawn up into something close to an afro, coloured black in the manga and brown in the anime, framing a pair of dark eyes. His outfit is the standard Iwagakure issue: a flak jacket over a top that leaves the right arm bare, with a dark cloth draped from his waist down the right leg to about the knee.
A shrewd operator, Kakko earns descriptions as hostile and combative, and that streak surfaces in a fighting style built on ruthless precision. He harbours no hesitation about killing or tormenting children, and he carries an inflated confidence in his own ability.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

Naruto built the transformation jutsu himself, and the Hidden Leaf has been quietly not talking about it ever since. The story behind our 90s R&B record about the Naruko question everybody dodges....
Amid the Third Shinobi World War, Kakko fought for Iwagakure alongside Taiseki and Mahiru, and his skill across ninjutsu, taijutsu, and genjutsu made him a heavyweight within the Hidden Stone. Wielding retractable blades mounted on his arms and a command of earth-based techniques, he most famously ran up against Konoha's Team Minato, the squad under a young Kakashi Hatake. He seized Rin Nohara and bound her in a high-level interrogation genjutsu, though he pried no secrets loose.
Kakashi and Obito Uchiha soon arrived to pull her free, seemingly beating him, only for Kakko to trap them with a cave-collapsing jutsu; a boulder crushed the right half of Obito's body, and a second collapse was thought to have finished him. Kakashi and Rin survived, Kakashi now bearing Obito's Sharingan in place of the eye he had lost to Taiseki. Kakko managed to shatter the White Light Chakra Sabre, yet the Sharingan let Kakashi land a freshly perfected Chidori and end his life.
