Kanna

A full black beard frames Kanna's face, matched by short black hair, small black brows, and light brown eyes, with a white headband across his forehead. He wears a white shirt under a purple jacket, along with black trousers that wrap down around his feet.

Kanna comes across as a kindly, willing helper, quick to assist the Konoha 11 and orderly enough to know exactly where each of his documents sits. His pride runs strong too, and he laments that he could never look the Fifth Hokage in the eye again after letting the blueprints slip away.

Kanna follows his father, who held the master carpenter post three decades earlier, into the same role and takes charge of rebuilding Konohagakure, drawing in a good deal of foreign labor, Gennō among them. When the theft comes to light, he gathers the Konoha 11 and hands Shikamaru a list of the missing plans, laying out how Gennō talked his way into the village and passing along the forged letter of recommendation the man had used. He is caught off guard when Shikamaru determines that still more of the plans have gone missing. Tsunade later maintains the stolen papers were never blueprints at all, but merely letters.
