Lyla

Lyla is a young woman from a village in the Land of Redaku, where she lives with her mother, Kail. She presents as an unremarkable townsperson going about daily life until a visiting stranger catches her attention.

Lyla is inquisitive by nature. When a traveller starts questioning locals about the Sage of the Six Paths, her curiosity gets the better of her and she follows along to learn why. Her mother, meanwhile, is eager to see her settled down and married.

In the manga Sasuke Retsuden: The Uchiha Descendants and the Heavenly Stardust, Lyla notices Sasuke asking villagers whether the Sage of the Six Paths ever visited their country long ago. Intrigued, she introduces herself and tails him. When thieves who had robbed her mother pass by, Sasuke steps in and stops them, after which Lyla and Kail invite him home. Before he can pose his own question, Kail asks whether Sasuke would marry her daughter; he declines, explaining that he already has a family of his own.
