Nattō Itohiki

Green eyes and a light dusting of freckles stand out on this Leaf youngster's face. His brown hair is thick and gathered into a topknot that sits high at the crown of his head.

Nattō is set on a future among the shinobi, and he treats his relentless mischief as early groundwork for that goal. In his own telling, each prank doubles as a rehearsal for the boldness a ninja needs.

Facing an upcoming operation, Nattō filled his hours in the Konoha Hospital by tormenting the staff with tricks. When Team 5 stopped by to see Boruto Uzumaki, he caught Iwabee Yuino in one of his schemes and was promptly marched back to his room by the genin. He brushed off their scolding, insisting his antics were preparation for becoming a ninja, and doubted the young squad could master their own fears.

To test them, Nattō dared the team to secure a signature on the rarest card in his Extreme: Shinobi Picture Scrolls collection, the one bearing Orochimaru. The genin balked at first, but changed their minds once a nurse told them how frightened the boy was of his surgery. They ultimately came back with the autograph, leaving Nattō genuinely impressed.
