Nurari

Despite a slim, feminine look, Nurari is a man. A full-body slime suit covers him from neck to foot, leaving only his face exposed, and tufts of pink hair poke out from beneath it. He wears dark green lipstick, and his eyes stay perpetually wide open.

Nurari has no loyalty to Orochimaru and would rather run than serve him. In a fight he prefers to play with his victims, needling and mocking them as he goes. His voice and manner, along with the lipstick and long lashes, lend him a distinctly effeminate air.

Like Orochimaru, Nurari has undergone modifications that let his body warp, stretch, and flatten in bizarre ways. He can strike from any distance, rearrange his insides to spare his organs and chakra points, and squash himself paper-thin to avoid being crushed. His power flows from the blue, liquid-like suit, which is packed with chakra; when Hinata tries her Gentle Fist on him, her hands come away coated in a sticky, birdlime-like film. Using Water Release he can spread that mucus into a cushioning shield or fling it as a clinging projectile to pin foes down, and it even lets him mask his presence. After receiving Orochimaru's cursed seal, he gains a surge of chakra and strength, though without a timely pill the mark will tear him apart; it also grants him invisibility by bending light and the Casualty Puppet technique, which absorbs another body to borrow its limbs and jutsu.

One of Orochimaru's prisoners assigned to Guren, Nurari stays behind to hold off Team Kurenai and Team Yamato, frustrating Hinata's Gentle Fist with his shapeshifting before withdrawing. He objects to the mission of capturing the Three-Tails but is sent against the Konoha ninja anyway. Preyed on by his own fear of death, he is goaded by Kabuto into forcing the cursed seal active, and when he and his teammates try to flee they discover the marks are slowly killing them. Cornered by Shino, he loses once the Aburame's insects strip away his protective slime. As a last resort he uses Casualty Puppet to consume the fallen Kihō and Kigiri and briefly overpower Kakashi, only to be killed as the Three-Tails runs wild.
