Sana

Sana wears her long, light violet hair in a braid bound by two green bands, above grey eyes. Her outfit is a lime green and blue kimono cinched with a brown corset over fishnet leggings, finished with a pair of wristbands and bandages wound around her legs. Her forehead protector is fixed to the right sleeve.

She shares her team's arrogant, sadistic streak, but toward Saya she turns meek and obedient, addressing her as Elder Sister. Whether that title reflects respect or an actual family bond is never spelled out.

Sana pairs kunai work with close-quarters fighting and shows real command of sand, whipping up wide sandstorms and cloaking allies in existing sand to shield them and hide their presence. She can also sense chakra, quickly registering when someone's reserves swell. In the anime's joint Chunin Exams her team clears the early rounds, and she and Mamushi clash with Choji before Saya's puppet technique turns him against his own side. When the Suna team later ambushes Team Asuma, Sana raises a sandstorm and masks Mamushi for a sneak attack, but Sakura bursts through the sand and floors the entire group with one chakra-enhanced blow.
