Sēramu

Sēramu is a young, fair-skinned woman with long black hair and green eyes. Reigning as Rōran's queen, she dresses in purple and pink robes and a gold necklace holding a red jewel, wears brown sandals, and finishes her look with vivid red lipstick.

Warmth and devotion mark everything known about Sēramu. She is a loving mother who spends her days singing and playing beside her daughter Sāra, and she would give almost anything for the sake of her subjects. That same devotion is what makes Anrokuzan's deception possible, yet the moment she grasps that he has been exploiting her, she flatly refuses to lend him any further help.

Sēramu enjoys a contented life ruling Rōran alongside her daughter, the pair often singing together while she plays her harp. Her peace ends when a man calling himself Anrokuzan convinces her to draw on the Ryūmyaku, the ancient chakra current running deep beneath the kingdom, and use his technology to expand the city with thousands of towers for the good of the people. As the queen, she alone can command that power. When she finally sees that Anrokuzan has only been using her and withdraws her cooperation, he kills her from a distance, guiding a blade into her back with his chakra strings. Sāra takes the throne in her place, never learning the truth behind her mother's death.
