CharacterSuiu is a genin from Amegakure who trails Konoha teams during the Chūnin Exams, hoping to seize the legacy of the Fourth Hokage. He fights with Water Release and misdirection, though his group's ambition ends abruptly against Sasuke Uchiha.
Appearance
Suiu has spiky black hair over dark eyes and wraps a green scarf at his neck above a light grey jacket. His black Amegakure forehead protector sits with its symbol on the left side of his head.
Abilities
Water Release is Suiu's main line, and working in concert with his fellow Ame genin he can loose the Grudge Rain technique on a whole crowd of enemies at once. He also fights by trickery, once triggering a rockslide and moving in the cover of the falling stones to strike as opponents dodged them.

History
Suiu was one of the genin who washed out of the Chūnin Exams' opening test. Together with Samidare and thirteen other Amegakure hopefuls, he shadowed Team 7 and Team 10 to learn what they were chasing and, if the chance came, to seize it for their own village. Their first attempt failed, and when the Ame genin pressed their bid for the Fourth Hokage's legacy, Sasuke Uchiha stepped in and cut them all down with Chidori.
