The Valleys Daimyō is the ageing lord who governs the Land of Valleys. Eager to see his people prosper, he placed his trust in Victor's celebrated medical company, only to recoil in horror when he learned its cures were built on human experimentation.
A thick grey mustache sits beneath the combed-back grey hair of this elderly ruler, who is usually seen in a tunic of blue tones.
The daimyō's guiding wish is the welfare of his country, and it was that hope that led him to place his confidence in Victor and the company. He is not without conscience, though; the revelation of Victor's experiments on living people left him sickened, proof of a genuine moral core.
The lord travelled to Victor's company with his attendants to carry out an inspection. He and Victor talked over Konoha's requests to look into the operation, and the daimyō pledged to shield the company from outside interference. Victor's secretary walked him and his guards through a decontamination process before the laboratory, and during it he was quietly placed under a genjutsu. Inside, he was presented with research Victor claimed had cured once-hopeless illnesses. His guards then dispelled the illusion, revealing themselves as Konohamaru and Mugino, who laid bare the truth that Victor was experimenting on human subjects. Victor responded by triggering his creation, a regrown God Tree that reached out to seize and drain the chakra of anyone it could catch, while the two Konoha ninja fought to keep the lord safe. As the tree spread, it wrapped around the daimyō and siphoned away most of his chakra before the shinobi pulled him free. Left in critical condition, he was entrusted to Mugino, since he was the only trustworthy witness to Victor's crimes. He pulled through, and after Victor's downfall he exposed everything the company had done, which brought about its dissolution.
