Victor was an Inner of the shadowy organisation Kara and, to the public, the respected president of a sprawling medical company in the Land of Valleys. A war veteran chasing immortality and a restored body, he hid grotesque human experiments behind a mask of charity.
Short and thickset, Victor was an old man with grey hair, an eye-patch hiding a missing right eye, and a peg where his right leg had been. As a member of Kara he wore the group's black cloak over a black shirt, trousers, and sandals, with bandages at his waist and ankles, a Shinobi Gauntlet on his right arm, and the Roman numeral V inked on his left temple. When appearing publicly as a company president, he traded that look for a long dark grey kimono trimmed in yellow, a black cape, and a top hat, keeping the telltale tattoo covered.
To the world Victor first seemed humble and kind, a man so moved by the losses of war that he poured his fortune into medicine meant to heal anyone, rich or poor. That image was a lie. In truth he cared for nothing but his own success and would toss people aside the moment they stopped being useful. His real aims, to mend his broken body and win eternal life, had hollowed him into someone willing to sacrifice countless others for power, which he justified as the strong feeding on the weak. Within Kara he was arrogant, short-tempered, and quick to threaten colleagues who doubted him, and his loyalty extended to no one but himself; he siphoned the organisation's resources for private schemes and pinned the blame on a dead associate to save his own skin. His path there ran through the Fourth Shinobi World War, which cost him an eye and a leg but also let him quietly collect fragments of the fallen God Tree. He built his medical empire in the Land of Valleys over the following years and joined Kara in his hunt for power and long life, taking on a cursed seal to prolong himself even as it slowly wrecked his health.
Rebuilt by Amado with Scientific Ninja Tools and a strand of Shibai Ōtsutsuki's DNA, Victor was reckoned monstrously strong for an Inner despite his age and injuries; in the anime he shrugged off the combined assault of two of Konoha's finest jōnin and traded blows with Orochimaru himself. His body could knit itself back together at will, regrowing severed limbs and even his head, and when parts were cut away he steered them with threads of his own blood to reattach them. He could sprout a second, giant pair of arms able to weave hand seals of their own, and he commanded all five nature transformations, from wind twisters and lightning bolts to earthen shockwaves, water walls, and bursts of flame, along with a Yin Release trick for projecting his image to speak from afar. That cursed seal fed his regeneration but ate away at him with every use, eventually costing him his eye and leg for good. He was, above all, a brilliant and manipulative mind, a businessman and scientist who stabilised Hashirama Senju's cells to grow an artificial God Tree while convincing a whole nation he was a saint. The scheme unravelled when Konohamaru and Mugino exposed him before the Valleys Daimyō; his God Tree ran wild and ensnared even its maker, and Orochimaru arrived to reveal the thing was a crude imitation that could never bear Chakra Fruit. Having survived and lost his company, Victor tried to steal Kara's vessel to gain leverage, but Koji Kashin tracked him down and burned him to ash with the True Fire of Samadhi, acting on Jigen's order once the betrayal came to light.

After his God Tree scheme unraveled and he lost his medical company, Victor tried to steal Kara's vessel to gain leverage. Koji Kashin tracked him down and burned him to ash with the True Fire of Samadhi, acting on Jigen's order once his betrayal came to light.

He commanded all five nature transformations and could sprout a second, giant pair of arms able to weave hand seals of their own, though his cursed seal ate away at his health with every use.
Behind his public image as a charitable healer, Victor's true goal was to mend his own broken body and win eternal life, no matter the cost to others. He stabilized Hashirama Senju's cells to grow an artificial God Tree while convincing an entire nation he was a saint, a scheme that unraveled when Konohamaru and Mugino exposed him before the Valleys Daimyo.
