Yubina

A single strand of hair drops between Yubina's purple eyes, while the rest of her brown, jaw-length locks frame her face. Her complexion is dark and her figure full. Over a white shirt she layers a short-sleeved pink top, pairing it with pink shorts, black leggings, and white boots that reach the ankle.

Eccentric and forever wearing a sadistic grin, Yubina embodies a strange contradiction. She is sincerely dedicated to preserving life, yet she savours the sight of people writhing in pain. She deliberately makes procedures as excruciating as she can manage, drawing out screams in the belief that the agony breathes fresh life into her patients. Once someone has fully recovered, a softer, kinder side surfaces. A streak of greed leads her to tack on extra charges for anyone who arrives without an appointment. She is also strikingly well informed, versed in the workings of Wood Release and the shadier dealings that go on around the world.

Even Sakura Uchiha rates Yubina's medical talent highly. Her Mystical Palm Technique mends minor wounds in an instant, and with only basic supplies she can stabilise someone on the brink of death, feeding extra chakra into the most dire cases to pull them through. Her grasp of fuinjutsu lets her set a seal that slows a failing body's decline, and as a researcher she can formulate antidotes for unfamiliar afflictions.

During the Kara Actuation Arc, Mugino brought the ailing Mitsuki to her, and with Sarada's help she pinpointed and drew out the source of his sickness: fragments of the First Hokage's cellular structure. She later saved a young girl afflicted the same way using antibodies derived from Mitsuki, and she cautioned that the Hashirama Cell was dangerously unstable and needed careful transport. When Team 7's genin crashed outside her clinic gravely wounded, she went straight to work and called in Konohamaru and Mugino to move them somewhere better equipped.
