Summary

Kurama channels part of its power to Naruto, who uses it to halt Madara's surging wood attack. As his clone gives out, Onoki resolves to take on both Madara and Mu with what remains of the Fourth Division. Tsunade and A choose to reach Madara's position through Mabui's Heavenly Transfer, a method that would tear a living passenger apart, so Tsunade gambles on her Yin Seal release to survive it. Shikaku telepathically directs Genma, Raido, and Iwashi to warp Mei there as well once Chojuro fells Black Zetsu with a single stroke. The three arriving Kage steel themselves to fight Madara and Mu together.

Key Events

Tsunade heals Gaara and Onoki while A and Mei engage Madara and Dodai's platoon chases the Kabuto-controlled Mu. Madara's Yasaka Magatama is stopped cold by Gaara's sand shield and Onoki's rock golem. As Gaara keeps Madara occupied, Onoki works out a fresh strategy: Mei's mist blinds Madara, Onoki lightens A to boost his speed, then loads him with extra weight so his strike smashes through the Susanoo and hurls Madara back. Naruto begs to join in, but Tsunade tells him to leave this Madara to them and go fight the other one, dispersing his clone with a single parting word, win. Heeding the message, the real Naruto and Killer B rush the impostor, and Naruto headbutts Tobi in a bid to crack his mask.

Notes

Several animation errors slip through: the Raikage's mouth moves during a line meant for the Tsuchikage, Madara's gloves vanish while he clasps his hands for the wood technique, and Mu is briefly drawn with bandages over his nose.
