The Three Ryudoin Brothers were anime-introduced siblings bent on avenging their father, Agira Ryudoin, against Might Guy. Their revenge attempt faltered against Guy's taijutsu, and they later reappeared as villains in a Naruto video game.
Debuting in the anime, these siblings carried a grudge against Might Guy, blaming him for the disgrace and death of their father, Agira Ryudoin. They set out to settle the score with the Leaf's taijutsu specialist.
To strike at Guy, the brothers directed wooden puppets against him, but the assault crumbled before his formidable hand-to-hand skill. In the aftermath Guy revealed the depth of his esteem for their father, describing him as a courageous man who had hoped to face Guy once more someday. Hearing this, the brothers realized they had misread the parting words their father had left them.
Gensho Ryudoin leads the siblings, who also feature as antagonists in the game Naruto: Path of the Ninja 2. There they scheme to conquer the world through the Great Spirit Beast, a creature capable of corrupting people into evil. Rokkaku is slain by Gaara, and Gensho kills his brother Jako for failing to stall the Konoha 11 and the Sand Siblings long enough. When those allied ninja seal the beast, Gensho merges with it to keep it free, only to die alongside the creature once they bring it down.
