History
Hakon falls in with the band of village youths who follow Thors off toward war, none of them aware that the older man means to place them in Leif Ericson's care for the journey home before they ever set foot in England. When Askeladd's crew descends on the ship, Hakon lives through the raid only because Thors lays down his own life to shield the young men.
