Aaron Dismuke

Aaron Dismuke is best known for voicing Alphonse Elric in Funimation's 2003 Fullmetal Alchemist dub, a role he began recording at age twelve. He has since gone on to voice Gen Narumi in Kaiju No. 8 and Faerie in Fire Force.

Dismuke voiced Alphonse Elric in the original 2003 series starting at age twelve, but by the time Funimation produced the 2009 Brotherhood adaptation he had grown into an adult voice. The role was recast with Maxey Whitehead to keep Alphonse sounding like a child.
