Gondola
CharacterGondola is a Daimon of the Death Busters that appears only in one Sailor Moon stage musical. Born from a Daimon Egg hidden inside a canal boat, the creature snatches Chibiusa's Pure Heart Crystal before the outer Guardians cut its escape short.
Appearance
Gondola was never given a detailed on-stage design beyond its origin as a possessed gondola boat, taking monstrous form once a Daimon Egg is planted within the vessel.
Personality
Like other Daimons, it exists purely to carry out its handler's orders. In this case that means a single directive from Death Nightmares: to seize a Pure Heart Crystal.
History
The monster comes to life during a date between Usagi and Mamoru, when a Daimon Egg is slipped into the gondola the couple is riding. Once transformed, the creature rips the Pure Heart Crystal from Chibiusa and bolts, only for Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune to run it down and end it with World Shaking and Deep Submerge.
