A 1997 Windows CD-ROM from American developer 3VR, made under DiC's English dub license. Despite its name it is a hub of mini games and attractions built around recovering the Sailor Guardians' stolen Transformation Pens from Queen Beryl.

Gameplay

Rather than a true adventure game, the disc offers a set of attractions reached from a world map: the Galactic Moon Library for character bios and art, the Magical Puzzle Room's 3D sliding puzzles, the first person Crystal Fighting Arena, the 3D Fashion Salon's virtual paper doll dress up, a Sing A Long, and the Moon Castle TV Show for video clips. The framing premise has Queen Beryl stealing the Scouts' Transformation Pens, which the player wins back through these activities.

Development and Release

3VR developed and published the game under license from DiC Entertainment, using its English dub, for Windows 95 in North America on November 25, 1997. It stands out as one of the few Sailor Moon games made by a Western studio, and because it predates Sailor Moon S's 2000 US debut, Sailor Neptune was cut from the final product even though her astrological symbol still appears unused on the world map.

Reception and Legacy

The game leaned on then new motion capture technology for its opening sequence, which reviewers now describe as dated and stiff, and its mini games are generally seen as thin by modern standards. It survives mainly as a curiosity for longtime fans and retro PC collectors rather than a well remembered entry in its own right.
