Taiki Mizouchi

Mizouchi wears his light blue hair with bangs splitting to either side of his face, and his eyes are a matching cyan tone. A frown or sour expression is his usual look, brought on largely by the fact that he tends to appear whenever Miyamura is around. He rounds out his uniform with a blazer and stands 176 centimeters tall.

Expressing himself in words does not come easily to Mizouchi, who is described as a poor speaker. Much of what defines him plays out through his feelings for Hori and his friction with Miyamura rather than through open conversation.

Mizouchi carries a crush on Hori but never works up the nerve to confess, and to her he registers as nothing more than a classmate. Once Miyamura pointedly shows off the closeness of his own bond with Hori, Mizouchi gives up any real hope of dating her, though the attachment lingers. He treats Miyamura as a rival and would rather ignore him, yet Miyamura stubbornly angles to befriend him, which only stokes Mizouchi's irritation. Adding to that, Miyamura saddles him with the nicknames "Mizo-chi-kun" then "Mizoochi-kun," neither of which he appreciates.
