Matsuri is a self-aware Human God Tree grown from Code's Ten-Tails after one of his Claw Grimes devoured Moegi Kazamatsuri. Shaped by Moegi's memories and bonds, she fixates on Konohamaru Sarutobi, an obsession that twists into confused romantic longing before her short, tragic existence ends.
Matsuri closely mirrors Moegi Kazamatsuri in build and figure, yet has neither eyebrows nor hair. Purple Rinnegan mark her eyes, and her feet are three-toed like a Claw Grime's, wrapped in studded black bands shaped like heeled ankle boots. Her outfit, formed from Claw Marks, gives her a harlequin look: a long, striped, four-pointed magenta collar, a studded black hood echoing Moegi's hairstyle, and a studded black bodysuit.
Among the sentient Human God Trees, Matsuri stands out as cruel and mocking, quick to belittle Code for letting himself be exploited. Because Moegi's chakra formed her, her budding sense of self drew on Moegi's feelings and attachments, stirred most strongly by memories of Team 10 and Konohamaru Sarutobi. Her altered hunger settled on Konohamaru as the person she most wanted to consume, but that urge slowly became romantic, leaving her shy and flustered once they finally met face to face. The feelings carried a jealous streak as well, and she resented the thought of other women drawing near him.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

Naruto built the transformation jutsu himself, and the Hidden Leaf has been quietly not talking about it ever since. The story behind our 90s R&B record about the Naruko question everybody dodges....
Matsuri came into being after Code's modifications caused a Claw Grime that had eaten Moegi to evolve into a tree, producing a monster judged far stronger than Code himself. She could combine Earth and Water Release into Wood Release to command roots and reshape her clothing, conjure restraining gravel through Earth Release, and use trees as sensory extensions, even conversing with roots buried deep beneath the desert. She first appeared when Boruto followed Code into the dimension holding his Ten-Tails, arriving with Hidari and their leader Jura; she mocked Code and briefly trapped Boruto in stone. Later, at the trees' hideout beneath a giant root system, she felt through Moegi's chakra the grief of Team 10 and Konohamaru and chose Konohamaru as her prey.
Tracking a lead to Sunagakure, she overwhelmed the Fifth Kazekage and Team Shinki, sending her Claw Grimes to consume Shinki, whose sacrifice later gave rise to a new God Tree, Ryu. Joined by Ryu in the Land of Wind, she crossed paths with Team 7 and, flustered at the sight of Konohamaru, agreed to search together and was paired with him. As their talk grew tense, her confusion boiled over and she tried to devour him with Wood Release, only for her tears to betray her reluctance. Konohamaru's Big Ball Spiralling Serial Spheres tore her apart, and though she pressed the attack with wooden limbs, Boruto arrived and cut her to pieces. He recovered her Thornsoul Bulb and handed it to Konohamaru, who used it back in Konoha to free Moegi, an act that marked Matsuri's death.
Matsuri, the Human God Tree grown from Moegi Kazamatsuri's consumed chakra, developed an obsessive fixation on Konohamaru Sarutobi that turned into confused romantic feelings, and she was ultimately destroyed by Konohamaru and Boruto, ending her short existence.
Matsuri was torn apart by Konohamaru's Big Ball Spiralling Serial Spheres, and Boruto Uzumaki then cut her remains to pieces, killing her for good.
