Gameplay

Players again cut through waves of enemies with combo attacks, now supported by the Style system, which lets a second character join temporarily to grant bonuses like extra damage or slowed time depending on their fighting type.

Release and Reception

Bandai Namco released the game in Japan in March 2013 and in the West that August and September. It scored around 71 on Metacritic and sold over 410,000 copies in Japan in its first week across both platforms.
