Hiroshi and Yusuke are two easygoing classmates of Kyo Sohma at Kaibara High in Fruits Basket. Cheerful and quick to tease, the pair befriend Kyo despite his temper and stick with him from his first days at the school through his romance with Tohru.
Hiroshi keeps his black hair short and looks out through brown eyes, while Yusuke wears his brown hair a little longer above a pair of dark brown eyes. The two are almost always in the standard Kaibara High uniform.
Both boys are lively, friendly, and fond of fun, the sort who get on with practically everyone, from the hot-tempered Kyo to Arisa Uotani and Saki Hanajima. However rough Kyo's mood, they stay good-natured and playful with him, and they are the ones who saddle him with the teasing nickname 'Kyon-kyon'.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
The pair are a steady presence in Kyo's school life, first turning up to watch him and the others play cards in class and later teasing him while setting up booths at the school festival, where they also compliment Tohru on her handmade rice balls. Around Valentine's Day the two split between delight and envy when Kyo receives chocolate from a girl, and after exams they are floored to learn that Saki, whom Yusuke had assumed aced everything, actually scored poorly. In their second year they rib Kyo about his future, joking that cat breeder would suit him, and celebrate the start of summer vacation.
Later they tease Tohru alongside Arisa, reading suspicion into her offhand mention of having something to take care of. By the third-year arc they are openly happy and touched to see Kyo finally dating Tohru, proud of how far he has come since transferring in, and he starts spending more time with them, playing basketball after school. The two also share a running rapport with Saki over poker, treating her as an unbeatable opponent even as they fret over her dismal grades.
