Volcanikka takes the form of a tall, slender woman whose body is built from rock and flowing magma. A skull-like mask stands in for her face, and long tongues of vivid orange flame stream out behind her where hair would otherwise be.
Personality
Cruel and hungry for power, Volcanikka aims to bring every land and living thing under her heel, leaving only ash and ruin behind her. A sadist at heart, she takes pleasure in dangling false hope in front of her victims just before she crushes them.
History
Her origins remain largely a mystery beyond her nature as a lava monster with dominion over the Magmanites and the Vile. For reasons never explained, she set out to conquer the Underealm and then the surface above it, meaning to wipe out humanity and reclaim the world for the Vile. Her war against Damien Darkblood's forces claimed members of his family and toppled Satan, bringing her within reach of ruling Hell outright. The tide turned once Invincible was drawn into the Underealm. Fighting beside Darkblood and a restored Satan, he confronted her directly; she bested Satan in combat and shrugged off Invincible tearing her head clean off more than once, reforming each time through flame and lava, yet he eventually overpowered her and forced a retreat. Abandoning her claim to the throne, she slipped into hiding, her further plans unknown.
