Jotaro Kiriyama is a businessman from the final anime season whose star seed catches the eye of Sailor Aluminum Siren. When the seed proves false, he is warped into the Phage known as Sailor Antique before Sailor Moon restores him.
Jotaro is drawn as a working businessman, an unremarkable civilian going about city life until the Sailor Animamates single him out.
Little is shown of Jotaro beyond his standing as an everyday professional, one of the many ordinary people the Animamates test in their search for a genuine star seed.
Sailor Aluminum Siren marks Jotaro as a candidate and pulls out his star seed, but it is not the true seed she is hunting. The failed extraction turns him into the Phage Sailor Antique, and he remains in that monstrous state until Sailor Moon heals him and returns him to normal.
