CharacterSailor Sommelier is a one-off anime monster, a Phage born when Sailor Aluminum Siren tore the Star Seed out of Jun Godai. He turns up for a single Sailor Stars episode before Sailor Moon restores him to human form.
Appearance
He takes the shape of a walking wine bottle dressed up in a waiter's uniform.
Abilities
His weapon matches his theme. He sprays red wine from a bottle mounted at the end of his right arm, using the stream as an attack.
The same bottle also works in reverse, drinking in an incoming blast. It swallows Sailor Neptune's Deep Submerge whole so that the attack never reaches him.
History
Made as a monster of the day, Sailor Sommelier exists only to threaten the Sailor Guardians across episode 184. Eternal Sailor Moon's Starlight Honeymoon Therapy Kiss purifies him and returns Jun Godai to normal.
He stands apart from the other Phages for his parting words. Rather than the usual cry of admiration that the cured monsters gave, he thanked those who healed him for a fine meal.
