History
Vicious arranges a sit-down with Mao, agreeing to bring Julia as a show of good faith. Still furious that a borrowed assassin died on his watch, Mao hears out his plan to unseat the Elders and demands, as her price, that Julia perform for her. The request enrages Vicious, but Julia stays and sings.
At Santiago's manor the three plot the coup, and Mao secretly accepts Julia's offer to help kill Vicious for control of the Syndicate. On the night of the strike, Vicious turns the scheme around, having swapped places with Santiago. He cuts Mao open, and as she dies she taunts him with a final message for Julia before he takes her head.
