Personality

History

When the Fossil Disease takes hold of her, her fiance Lujon buys her time by healing her with the Red Stone set in his ring. What she does not grasp is that Lujon has fallen for Lust, the stranger who gave him that ring, and on their wedding day he abandons her at the altar. After the plague flares up again, Lydia sets out to find him, unaware that he has also left the village chasing Lust and a fresh stone. A band of thugs corners her before the Elric brothers and Winry Rockbell step in, and she shares her story as they escort her home. They arrive to find the entire village claimed by the disease. Lydia races ahead and discovers Lujon's petrified body, killed by Lust before the sickness set in, and when the others catch up they find her dead in his arms, fossilized alongside him.
