History
Elroy builds a career inside the Venus Police Department, qualifying as a pilot and rising to captain before walking away from the force and drifting into crime. By 2071 he is a prisoner on a transport headed for Pluto. A mechanical failure aboard the ship hands the inmates their opening, and Elroy joins a violent revolt that leaves most of the crew dead and the convicts in command. After Dig guns down the ship's pilot, Elroy slides into the seat and takes the helm himself, steering through the fight against Fad and Jet Black. His piloting is not enough to keep Fad off the vessel, and once the bounty hunter reaches the control room, he kills Elroy.
