Colonel Genz Bresslau is a video-game antagonist from Fullmetal Alchemist and the Broken Angel, a military policeman who brands himself the Armor-Piercing Alchemist. Obsessed with raw strength, he frames innocent alchemists and returns to fight Edward again and again, carrying more automail each time.
Bresslau sports a mohawk and, as the game wears on, an ever-growing amount of automail. He begins with a single mechanical left arm pitted against Edward's, then reappears with both arms replaced, and eventually with much of his body rebuilt in metal, which he handles with surprising dexterity.
Bresslau cares nothing for rank or honor and chases only one thing, his own physical power, which he loudly insists makes him the strongest man in the military. His temper is short and violent, and he shows no patience for underlings who fall short of their duties. That same hot temper is a weakness others can exploit, as when he needles the equally touchy Edward over his small stature.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Styling himself the Armor-Piercing Alchemist, Bresslau serves as a military policeman and a recurring nuisance across the game. His scheme is to frame assorted alchemists, both licensed State Alchemists and others merely serving in the military, for crimes they did not commit, then dangle proof of their innocence to lure them toward New Hiessgart; whether he acts for Brigadier Nemda, Professor Eiselstein, or the assistant Greta is never made clear. For the most part he surfaces as a minor boss for Edward to defeat, each clash finding him further rebuilt in automail. By the time Hawkeye files her report at the game's close, Bresslau is alive but laid up in a military hospital, stripped of his rank and awaiting interrogation once he recovers.
