Serial Bomber

A mask and red-tinted glasses hide most of his features, leaving only his oversized nose on display. His hair is bound into a topknot that pokes out above the mask, and the effect turns his whole head into a cartoonish bomb, the tuft of hair standing in for a lit fuse.

Serial Bomber feels no guilt whatsoever over his crimes. He is perfectly willing to load explosives onto a speeding train, an act that could have brought serious ruin to Z-City.

In the OVA, Serial Bomber conceals a batch of bombs inside a restroom stall and tampers with the train's control system. He is later said to have been captured by Heavy Kong, while Genos works to halt the runaway train and Fubuki moves to protect the passengers. The city is spared in the end when Tatsumaki arrives and hoists the entire train off the ground, freezing it in place so the blast cannot reach its target.

His precise rank is never confirmed, but standing among the A-Class hints at a fairly capable fighter. His talent lies squarely with explosives; he is skilled at building and setting them to effect and keeps a whole arsenal of bombs on hand. Yusuke Murata also produced concept art for the character.
