Sailor Chi

Her light green hair is gathered into a cone-shaped bun with a yellow fringe, one strand spilling far down her body, above dark reddish-brown eyes. She wears a russet full-body suit with flared trousers and a strapped top, cinched by a broad belt flanked with sun-shaped jewels. Heeled boots match the outfit, her sailor collar is edged with black stripes, and a square-cut gem hangs at her choker, its color echoed in her earrings and the ornaments in her bun. Galactica Bracelets ring her wrists, and she fights with a golden staff.

Devoted utterly to her mistress, she carries out Galactica's aims without hesitation or mercy. She backs Phi in every action, coldly demands that Sailor Moon hand over the Silver Crystal, and frames the empire's conquest of the universe as the natural end to their war.

A faithful servant of Sailor Galaxia's Shadow Galactica, she cultivates Garden Crystals alongside Sailor Phi in the Star Garden of Galactica Palace, her origins as unknown as her twin's. When Sailor Lethe and Sailor Mnemosyne choose to let Eternal Sailor Moon pass, Chi arrives with Phi above the Desert River of Oblivion and looks on as Phi executes the pair, cuts down the unconscious Sailor Starlights, gathers their five Sailor Crystals, and warps them both home.

Later the twins confront Sailor Moon's group in the palace garden. The instant Eternal Sailor Moon defeats Phi, Chi drives her staff through Sailor Kakyuu's back, then weathers a joint assault from the Sailor Quartet while Sailor Moon comforts the dying princess. With Kakyuu gone, Chi orders Usagi to surrender the Silver Crystal and end the fighting so Shadow Galactica can rule, a demand Usagi refuses before finishing her with Starlight Honeymoon Therapy Kiss.
