Sailor Director is a Phage from the Stars season, made when Sailor Iron Mouse tore the Star Seed from a woman named Akane Gushiken. She appears in a single episode, turning a movie camera into a weapon before Sailor Moon restores her.
Her monster form is built around filmmaking. A working camera is mounted on her left arm, and that same camera doubles as her weapon.
The transformation happens during a rehearsal with Seiya. Akane Gushiken slips into a break room to fetch two coffees and is cornered there by Sailor Iron Mouse, who draws out her Star Seed and turns her into Sailor Director. Iron Mouse bolts, leaving the Phage to handle Seiya, who has been watching from nearby. Sailor Director opens with her camera attack, but Seiya dodges and, as she winds up for another, transforms into Sailor Star Fighter.
A Star Serious Laser pins the Phage in place. Before Star Fighter can finish the job, Sailor Mars and Eternal Sailor Moon rush in and call for a halt. The guardians argue over what to do, and Mars stalls the Starlight long enough for Eternal Sailor Moon to heal Sailor Director with the Starlight Honeymoon Therapy Kiss.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
