Her combat look is built around glossy black leather, a leotard joined by a skirt, gloves, a collar, a bow, boots, and a peaked cap. Red trim edges the top and gloves, echoed by a red choker, while tiny golden bells cluster along the neckline and headpiece, the latter stacking three rows of them beneath a golden star set on her brow. A dark feline tail trails behind her, one cat ear pierced by a silver hoop, and braided lengths of hair spill from the tips of both ears. Pale skin and bright golden eyes finish the design, and like every Animamate she wears Galactica bracelets. The anime pares back a few touches from her manga original, dropping some of the bells and swapping fishnets for plain tights.

When Eternal Sailor Moon's Silver Moon Crystal Power Kiss strikes one bracelet, half of her costume turns white and the skirt shifts to pale violet, the visible mark of two selves warring inside her. In her human guise as Suzu Nyanko she first appears with jet-black hair streaked violet and wound into two rounded braids, dressed in a sky-blue jacket over an open yellow shirt, black leather trousers with a red belt, and white shoes, finished with a single belled earring and a belled choker; a later episode recolors that jacket white. To slip into Juban High she adopts the winter uniform, reshapes her hair into pointed odango that mimic cat ears, and pins a small bell-shaped brooch to her ribbon.

The series paints her as harsh and contemptuous, driven to climb to the summit of her organization. She feels no guilt over the death of Sailor Aluminum Siren and taunts Sailor Lead Crow in her rival's final moments. Only when one of her bracelets shatters under Sailor Moon's attack does a buried, kinder self break through, briefly siding with the Guardians and setting off a war within her own mind.

Posing as an agent for Ginga TV like the rest of her cohort, she schemes to outrank her colleagues. Her hand in Aluminum Siren's death keeps her locked in bitter rivalry with Lead Crow, and their mutual sabotage ends with Lead Crow dead. Undercover as Suzu Nyanko, she trails Usagi hoping to claim her Star Seed. When Sailor Moon's kiss cracks a bracelet, she is left half restored, one part of her mind returned to its former goodness while the other stays bound to Galaxia. Unable to end the struggle, she is slain by Galaxia herself, though fans note that the fall of Chaos may have brought her back as her original good self.

Her arsenal is slim. The Galactica bracelets fire beams that strip a target's Star Seed, and she wields a pistol shaped like a cat's paw, which she turns on Eternal Sailor Moon from behind only for Seiya to take the shot in her place. Across her brief run she produces a single Phage, Sailor Musician.
