Irina runs an English lesson built on risque examples, stressing first impressions and the art of small talk, and drilling the idea that a speaker must carry a fair share of any exchange. Worn out afterward, she complains to Karasuma about being stuck teaching and about Korosensei's wandering gaze, only to be ambushed and strung up by the neck outside the staff room. The attacker is her old handler, Lovro Brovski, who reveals he arranged her posting and berates her for getting too cozy with Class E.

Korosensei's clownish arrival defuses the standoff. To let Irina earn her stay, he proposes a mock assassination of Karasuma with anti-sensei knives, first to strike wins, and both teachers and the veteran agree.

Irina's clumsy gambits, a drugged drink and a staged stumble, fail to fool Karasuma, who dismisses them as the oldest tricks around. Lovro's own frontal attack ends poorly, since retirement has dulled him while Karasuma is fresh from elite special forces, and the old hitman leaves with a hurt hand. At lunch Irina finally pins Karasuma against a tree with hidden wires, then wins by pleading with puppy eyes rather than strength, and an exasperated Karasuma simply allows the kill. Moved by her drive and her willingness to teach, Lovro permits her to remain.

Afterward Korosensei whisks Nagisa, Karma, and a phone-installed Ritsu to Hawaii for a superhero premiere, lecturing in flight at Mach 20 before returning them home.

The episode adapts Chapters 25 through 28 and marks the debut of Lovro Brovski. Itona Horibe appears in a brief closing cameo, where a cloaked man vows to a boy that he will kill both the new teacher and his brother in revenge for what was done to their moon. It first aired in Japan on March 20, 2015.
