Second Period: Kaede's Time

That September, Kayano pitches an unusual kill: exploit Korosensei's love of sweets and a national egg glut by cooking an enormous pudding. The class and Karasuma sign off, amused by the scheme, and she directs everyone through a day of industrial-scale baking, surprising Nagisa and Karma with her decisive leadership. When their teacher happily dives into the finished dessert, Takebayashi reveals a bomb packed with anti-sensei pellets buried at the bottom. Kayano panics over losing her creation, and Terasaka pins her to keep the plot hidden.

Korosensei appears behind them unharmed, having smelled the odor and eaten around the charge to disarm it, then serves portions to the class. The plan fails, but Kayano is glad to enjoy the pudding and notes that anything can serve an assassination, which her teacher affirms.

Karasuma next drills the students in parkour, which becomes a cops-and-robbers chase with Korosensei guarding captives. He frees them anyway, bribed by flattery and sob stories, to Karasuma's irritation. The following day the class arrives disgusted after reports of a yellow figure stalking women with a telltale laugh, and they accuse their teacher of being the culprit. His attempts to clear himself only worsen matters as planted bras and a roll book listing the girls' measurements surface, with Kayano furious that hers reads as flat.

Karma reasons the real offender would not leave such sloppy evidence, and Korosensei, who dreads losing his students' trust more than death, leaves dejected. Fuwa has Ritsu predict the next strike, and a small group trespasses the site where actresses are lodging. They find Korosensei hiding too, then catch the impostor grabbing underwear. Unmasked, the man proves to be one of Karasuma's subordinates before a trap drops sheets around the teacher. The scheme belongs to Shiro, who bargained with the government and modeled his snare on the students' pudding plan, and Itona Horibe emerges to strike from above.

The second entry of the season adapts chapters 80 through 83. It premiered in Japan on January 14, 2016, with the broadcast dub airing on February 18, 2016, under the third opening QUESTION and ending Kaketa Tsuki.
