Assembly Time is the fifth episode of the Assassination Classroom anime. Chemistry-obsessed Okuda keeps trying to poison Korosensei, and when he offers to help her brew something lethal, the lesson turns out to be about communication rather than toxins.
Manami Okuda, whose knack for chemistry far outpaces her ease around people, tries once again to slip a poison into Korosensei, and once again it does nothing. Rather than scold her, he offers to help her cook up a formula that could actually work. The mixture they produce is no killer at all but a tonic that speeds him up and loosens him into a fluid state, and the real payoff is his coaching: he pushes her to sharpen her communication so that one day she might fool him into drinking the genuine article.
Later, Class 3-E is made to trek from its hillside campus down to the main school building for an assembly. Students from the other classes look on with envy, since the outcasts of 3-E get to study under teachers as striking as Karasuma and Irina. Korosensei quietly backs his pupils by posing as a scholar and handing over spare copies of materials that had been withheld from them. By the end, Nagisa draws on what his time in 3-E has taught him to hold his own when the main-campus bullies Nobuta Tanaka and Chosuke Takada try to push him around.
The episode first aired on February 13, 2015, and adapts Chapter 7 and Chapter 11. Two moments were added for the anime that the manga never included: an opening in which Isogai and Kataoka help Korosensei haul chemistry gear while Maehara, Okajima, and Mimura attempt to stab him during setup, and an expanded look at the class's journey down the mountain to reach the assembly.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
In Assembly Time, chemistry student Manami Okuda tries once again to poison Korosensei, and though it fails as usual, he offers to help her improve her formula instead of punishing her. The class then treks down the mountain to the main school building for an assembly, where Nagisa stands up to bullies from the main campus.
In Assembly Time, Korosensei helps Manami Okuda brew a formula not to let her succeed but to coach her communication skills, hoping that sharpening them might one day let her actually fool him into drinking a genuine poison. The mixture they create instead works only as a speed-boosting, fluid-inducing tonic.
