Chapter 24

Sheltering from the rain, Seo and Kaho drink coffee at a cafe run by a friend of Kaho's father. Seo warns her away from anyone in Class E and sneers at an elderly couple who ask him to shift his leg so they can pass. Watching through binoculars from a house across the street, Sugino marvels that the old pair are really Nagisa and Kayano behind masks that Sugaya built and refined. Yada and Kurahashi keep the landlord entertained using tricks picked up from Irina, which secures the class its lookout.

Okuda supplies custom rounds, and the group's sharpest shooters, Chiba and Hayami, snipe the pellets straight into both coffees. When Seo and Kaho double over with cramps, Okuda reveals the shots were mixed with magnesium to act as a brutal laxative. The pair bolt for the cafe restroom, only to find Kayano has slipped inside, shed her disguise, and settled in to fold paper cranes.

Sent toward a convenience store a hundred meters off, Seo and Kaho race down the street where Maehara, Isogai, and Okano wait above and drop a mass of cut branches onto them. Too proud to beg for a private toilet, the two end up wrestling over the store's single restroom in plain sight. Afterward Korosensei asks Maehara whether he still believes he could calmly torment the weak, and the boy admits he cannot, having watched how much hidden strength his classmates carry. Korosensei agrees that appearance alone never measures a person's power, and the group flashes his trademark grin as Maehara dashes off to a date.

The nineteen page chapter appeared in 2013 issue 3 on December 17, 2012, within the third volume. Its Japanese title Shikaeshi no Jikan means Time for Revenge. It follows Time to Get Damp and precedes Time for "L" and "R".
