Summary

Humanity survives behind towering Walls, and inside them the manga introduces its central trio. Eren Yeager dreams beyond the confines of his hometown, joined by Mikasa Ackerman and Armin Arlert. Past the fortifications waits an enigmatic species of giants, the Titans, whose danger never fully recedes. That danger turns real when the Colossus Titan smashes through the gate of Shiganshina District, the trio's home, and the children witness firsthand what the Titans can do.

The arc consists of chapter 1, To You, 2,000 Years From Now, and chapter 2, That Day.
