Boris Feulner

Straight hair in an ash blond shade frames Boris's face, its long bangs swept toward the left. His default expression rarely shifts from calm neutrality. His usual dress is the Military Police uniform layered over a button-up shirt in off white.

Pragmatism governs most of what Boris says. He reads people without illusions, expects little from institutions, and has no appetite for mockery or easy laughter. When Marlowe Freudenberg and Hitch Dreyse start needling Annie Leonhart over her lateness, he shuts the teasing down; when Hitch laughs at Marlowe's grand ambitions, Boris stays stone-faced. Still, a dry streak surfaces now and then, as when he humors those same ambitions just long enough to wish Marlowe luck with unmistakable sarcasm.

Boris trained in the 104th Training Corps, though in a different division from Eren Yeager's, and finished among the top ten of his class, unlocking a Military Police assignment in Stohess District. During the Female Titan arc he covers for Annie when she reports late for duty, arguing that she alone among the rookies carries genuine combat experience from her deployment at Trost and may still be working through the trauma. When Hitch objects that he simply likes Annie, he silences her with a pointed jab about the improper, dishonest route she took into the brigade, and a senior officer then hands the rookies their assignment for the day.

Later, gathered outside with the other new MPs before the mission begins, he listens to Hitch and Marlowe call their superiors conceited and turns the criticism back on Marlowe, noting that a man who also picked the Military Police can hardly claim the high ground. Marlowe answers that he means to make the higher-ups pay for their corruption, and Boris wishes him success in a tone that says the opposite.
