Ralph works in the Military Police's First Interior Squad, the covert unit that erases threats to the royal government. After he and Djel Sannes torture Minister Nick to death, the Survey Corps captures the pair and forces Ralph into a scripted betrayal designed to shatter his partner's will.
A goatee and pronounced wrinkles mark Ralph as one of the First Interior Squad's older members. His light-colored hair is kept short.
Contempt for the Survey Corps comes easily to Ralph, who chuckles along while Sannes openly insults the branch's sacrifices. His loyalty to the crown runs shallower than his partner's, though; captured, he trades his organization's secrets for his own life. Cruelty is well within his range. He helps beat Minister Nick to death, and in his younger years he is seen egging Sannes on during the torture of a schoolteacher.
When word spreads that Minister Nick, a clergyman of the Wall church, has been talking to the Survey Corps, the government sends Ralph and Sannes to learn how much he revealed. Nick endures the savage beating without talking and dies, so the pair dress the scene as a burglary gone bad and turn Hange Zoë away when she comes to investigate.
Dimo Reeves later feeds them false information about where Eren and Historia are held, luring their carriage onto a cliff road where the horse slips and the wagon plunges into a trench. Hange and Levi catch the two mid-fall and haul their unconscious bodies to a hideout. There, Ralph is marched to a stairwell and made to read a script aloud within Sannes's hearing, one that mocks his partner's blind devotion to the king and invites the Scouts to kill him since he only burdens his fellow officers. The performance breaks Sannes into answering questions. When the captors reunite them in a cell, Sannes seizes Ralph by the throat as a traitor until Hange explains the forced script, leaving Sannes devastated and Ralph spitting that Hange is a monster.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
