AmaLee voices Louise in the English dub of Attack on Titan, joining the cast for the Final Season. Louise is a Trost native who witnesses Mikasa Ackerman cut down an Abnormal Titan as a child, an encounter that later pushes her to enlist in the Survey Corps out of admiration for Mikasa. During the war arc she breaks from military discipline to leak news of Eren Yeager's arrest and sides with the Yeagerist faction, a turn that reflects her belief that strength decides everything. It marks a rare straight acting credit for a performer better known for her music.

Outside the franchise, AmaLee is better known as a singer and YouTuber whose English-language anime and game song covers have topped a billion views and built her a subscriber base past two million. Her 2017 debut album Nostalgia, a collection of English versions of songs loved by gamers and anime fans, reached the Billboard Heatseekers and Independent Albums charts, and she has recorded with artists such as Porter Robinson. She has also lent her voice to Kaguya-sama: Love Is War, My Dress-Up Darling, Honkai: Star Rail, and the film One Piece Film: Red, and performs online as the virtual YouTuber Monarch.
